At Shifting Hearts & Minds we believe that transformational change in our educational systems, institutions, and our society at large will come through shifting the hearts & minds of adults. We offer individuals and organizations an opportunity to enter into conversations of truth as the starting point towards transformative social justice.

We partner with individuals and organizations that have identified and become conscious of the inequity that poisons our society. These organizations have identified its intersectionality; including our economic, healthcare, housing, educational, judicial, and political landscape. Those individuals and organizations, who are prepared to do their internal work to effect change in their field of work, become our clients 

Our specialty lies in creating spaces that generate reflection, understanding, healing and proactive solutions. We provide strategic consultation, organizational training and on-going practical implementation supports for public, private, and not-for-profit organizations working towards equitable outcomes for all.
