Tilling the Soil Shifting Hearts & Minds offers a series of introductory professional learning opportunities for educational organizations that seek to learn more about what racial equity, diversity and inclusion means in the context of education, the history of the social and political context of racial division, and how and why the pursuit of racial equity and inclusion requires a deeply intentional and committed focus. These sessions may be broken into 4 half day sessions, or 2 full day sessions.
